Job Summary: The TopSecret Security Administrator will join the EnterpriseZ Security Operations and Support team within ETS, responsible for managing and engineering mainframe authentication and authorization systems. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong expertise in Broadcom TopSecret and related security tooling. The position is onsite in Bengaluru, with work hours overlapping the New York time zone. The candidate will collaborate with global technology teams, support mainframe security operations, handle access requests, and participate in on-call rotations. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Provide mainframe user and application access support using Broadcom TopSecret, Compliance Manager, TSS Admin Express, and internal tools. Collaborate with technology teams including Developers, Systems Programming, DBA, CICS/MQ Support, etc., to deliver mainframe security support. Support project implementations while ensuring adherence to firm policies and security best practices. Develop automation scripts, utilities, reports, and batch programs. Troubleshoot and track issue tickets in coordination with multiple teams and system users. Participate in on-call rotations to resolve security issues as needed. Work with Security Management to evaluate security proposals and assess technical feasibility. Required Skills: Minimum 5+ years of mainframe-related work experience. Advanced hands-on experience with Broadcom TopSecret, CA/Broadcom Compliance Manager, and TSS Admin Express. Knowledge and support experience with digital certificates, Kerberos, SSL, and SSH. Ability to program in at least one mainframe batch/reporting language (C, JCL, CARLA, REXX, CLIST, ISPF, SAS). Experience with z/OS utilities (ISPF, TSO, SDSF, JES). Familiarity with database technologies such as Sybase, DB2, and SQL. Strong understanding of security concepts and technologies. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong team player mindset. Willingness to participate in weekend on-call rotation. Preferred Skills: Experience with IBM RACF and ZSecure. Experience using ServiceNow, JIRA, and MS Teams. Exposure to distributed technologies such as UNIX and USS file systems. Knowledge of C, shell scripting, OpenSSL, SSH, and CARLA. Strong project planning, organizational, and multitasking capabilities. Prior experience in Systems Programming, Mainframe Network Engineering, or Middleware (e.g., MQ Series). Education: Bachelors degree required. ServiceNow Education: Bachelors Degree
