Key Responsibilities
Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions aligned with organizational goals and technical best
practices.
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture including requirements gathering, solution design, development,
and deployment.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business
needs into robust technical solutions.
Develop, customize, and extend ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations using industry best
practices.
Conduct system and architecture reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and security of implementations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integration points.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support.
Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards.
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, or related technical fields.
Proven expertise in large-scale ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, Custom Apps, CMDB,
and Discovery.
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and
REST/SOAP integrations.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and security frameworks.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership in design sessions and implementation workshops.
Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and organizational separations is a strong plus.
