Interim Accounting Manager / Senior Manager (Controllership & SEC Reporting)

Location: Remote (Phoenix, AZ (preferred) or same time zone with ability to travel to Phoenix)
Duration: 6 months (Immediate start)

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Accounting Manager / Senior Manager to support controllership, operational accounting, and public company SEC reporting needs for a fast-moving engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Support controllership and operational accounting activities

·  Prepare and review SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q, disclosures)

·  Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls

·  Partner with finance leadership on close, reporting, and ad-hoc initiatives

Required Experience:

·  Strong background in Controllership / Operational Accounting

·  Hands-on Public Company SEC Reporting experience

·  Manager or Senior Manager–level profile

·  Able to start immediately and commit for 6 months

·  Based in Phoenix, AZ or same time zone with travel flexibility

Nice to Have:

·  Transaction exposure (M&A, spin-off, IPO)

·  Industrials industry experience
