What You'll Do
As an Infrastructure Engineer in Benefits & Protection Distribution IT, you'll assist with production, implementation, and support of new and existing technologies in our Des Moines office. You'll interface with both internal and external customers, problem solving on a wide array of technical questions/issues. This team has a focus on quality of work and professionalism with both onsite and virtual collaboration.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range
$60000 - $82000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environment
This role is located in Des Moines and offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangement. During the training period the role will be in the office 5 days/week. Hours covered are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CT.

- Ability to move 30 pounds as a physical requirement of the position
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Must have the desire and ability to learn new technology and continuously grow
- Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners
- May be required to provide on call support; occasional domestic travel will be required, including overnight stays
