This role will operate on a hybrid schedule, going onsite in Marshall, MI 2-3x a week. This will start off on a 6-month contract and the goal is to extend or take this consultant on direct after the 6-months. To be taken direct, candidates will need a Bachelors degree or higher. Once direct, this role will be 4x a week onsite with the rest of the full time employees.

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server administration
- In-depth knowledge of VMware vSphere and related virtualization technologies.
- Microsoft Domain & Server Administration: Manage and maintain active directory hybrid environment (GPO, user & group accounts, security permissions and Microsoft Entra). Install, configure, and manage Windows servers/services like DNS, DHCP, IIS, and file servers. Patching updates and maintenance to servers.
- Virtualization & Container: Administer and maintain VMware infrastructure (vSphere, Vcenter, & ESXI hosts). Deploy, configure, manage virtual machines/troubleshoot. Administer and support RedHat OpenShift (manage container lifecycles, resource allocation, etc.)
- Core Systems & Cross Platform Support: Manage storage systems and perform regular backups to ensure data integrity/availability, basic administration/support fir Unix/Linux, monitor systems performance.
