Job Description

Lead Data Engineer - Databricks, Spark, Data Mart

• Primary technical owner for Databricks Schema design, managing and maintaining the medallion architecture, cluster optimization and root cause analysis using the data skewness, spark configuration and identifying the spark bottleneck.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and offshore engineers.
• Lead release planning, dependency management, and production readiness reviews.
• Maintaining architecture standards, coding guidelines, and performance benchmarks.
• Experience in MDM, Data Mart
• Exposure to incentive planning and compensation.
• Experience in healthcare domain.
