Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - FIS Systematics Expert
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ

Duration: 12 Months

Seeking a hands-on Business Systems Analyst with 4-10 years in FIS Systematics to drive requirements, testing, and optimization.

Core Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business/system requirements for FIS apps (RM, IM, ST, FM focus).
Perform functional manual testing, review unit tests, and handle balancing/GL reconciliation.
Create user process docs, lead cross-functional meetings, and collaborate in Waterfall/Agile environments.
Leverage mainframe tools for data manipulation, macros, and Easytrieve programs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

4-10 years FIS Systematics experience (service companies/Fidelity preferred); 3+ years as BSA.
Deep technical hands-on with Systematics logic, key programs, TSO/ISPF, CA-VIEW, SDSF, COBOL basics.
Proficiency in Excel, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Monarch.

Preferred Skills:

HX/TX/IT/GN/SC/MA apps; Endevor, File-Aid, copybook mapping, positional record selection.
Easytrieve (reports, summaries, datasets); terminal macros for screen scraping.
Proven remote team leadership, matrix collaboration, and data-driven communication.
