Job Description

• Scope of work Customer-centric dashboards & storytelling: Design/refine Power BI dashboards for executives and operations leaders.
• KPI development & tracking: Define customized KPIs aligned to business goals monitor trends and performance improvements.
• Advanced data mining & warehousing: Use SQL/Snowflake to uncover correlations and improvement opportunities; build reproducible pipelines.
• Visualization excellence: Apply advanced visualization techniques/infographics to maximize clarity for stakeholders.
• Value engineering & templates: Contribute to standardized, industry-specific value frameworks and report structures.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Customer Success, Implementation, and Data Science to identify process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-6+ years in Bl/data analytics, task or process mining.
• Strong SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy), Power BI; Microsoft BI stack and Snowflake experience preferred.
• Familiarity with clustering, sequence aligriment, pattern mining, and related ML methods.
• Proven ability to translate technical analysis into business language and present to diverse stakeholders.
• SQL, Python, Snowflake, StarRocks, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, MinIO, Azure Blob, AWS S3. Tech Stack: Power BI, Superset

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with MinIO, Azure Blob, AWS S3 for storage optimization.
• Experience with RAAS custom reporting and Superset dashboards.
• Knowledge of Kafka and Redis for streaming and caching analytics.
