Business Development Director – Healthcare/Life Science
Location: Dallas/Texas
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced BDM – HLS Farmer to manage and grow relationships with clients in the Healthcare & Lifescience sector. This role focuses on account farming—driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and uncovering new opportunities within established accounts .
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow strategic accounts in the Healthcare & lifescience vertical.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key client stakeholders (engineering, procurement, product, and executive levels).
- Identify cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion opportunities aligned with client roadmaps.
- Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery teams, and product managers to craft tailored solutions.
- Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term growth strategies.
- Track market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of opportunities.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive support and communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree ; MBA is an advantage.
- 10+ years of account management/business development experience, with at least 5+ years in the HLS industry.
- Strong knowledge of
- Proven track record of growing revenue in large strategic accounts.
- Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with global delivery teams in an IT services or technology solutions environment.
