Our client is a leading global financial services organization undertaking strategic initiatives to transform customer engagement. They're seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead Agent force Voice deployments and design integrated contact centre solutions. If you have proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys integration and voice deployment, this contract role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on enterprise-scale customer service transformation.
Position Overview
You'll take a central role in delivering contact centre transformation through Salesforce technology. This position involves leading Agent force Voice deployments, designing Service Cloud solutions that enable seamless customer service workflows, and integrating Salesforce with contact centre platforms. Your work will directly support the organization's strategic focus on delivering unified customer insights and enabling agents with the tools they need to serve customers effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Agentforce Voice deployments integrated with contact centre platforms
- Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions supporting customer service workflows
- Integrate Salesforce with Genesys Contact Centre for voice, routing and agent enablement
- Configure and optimise Salesforce Service, Reporting, Metrics and Analytics (SRMEA)
- Collaborate with business, product and contact centre teams to enable 360-degree customer view
- Ensure scalable, secure and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned to enterprise standards
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to stakeholders across delivery teams
Requirements
- Senior-level hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Proven experience deploying Agentforce Voice solutions
- Solid background integrating Salesforce with Genesys Contact Centre platforms
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and customisation
- Strong experience with SRMEA, reporting and service analytics
- Demonstrated experience working in POD-based delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working on enterprise-scale financial services projects (preferred)

EDUCATION
