Pay Range: [$54] to [$58]

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Design and build secure, compliant cross-cloud and on-prem platforms with a strong focus on automation, analytics, and reliability. Develop production-grade services using Python or Go (with some Java), implement policy-as-code guardrails, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. Orchestrate workflows with Kubernetes and services like Step Functions, instrument systems for metrics, logs, and traces, and deliver audit-ready reporting. Collaborate with platform, risk, and product teams to embed security and compliance by design, troubleshoot production issues, and reduce operational toil.

Requirements:

5+ years of software engineering experience with strong system design and backend development skills. Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and secure development practices. Proficiency in Python or Go, workflow orchestration, telemetry analytics, and compliance controls in regulated environments. Experience with policy-as-code / IaC (OPA, Terraform), multi-cloud patterns, Google Cloud, AI tooling, event-driven architectures, and SQL is a plus.
