Seeking- senior/manager level data science candidates

This P5 Decision Scientist will be a part of the End-to-End team. The project focuses on improving the end-to-end admission and approval process within utilization management. When patients need admission, multiple insurance approvals are required, some of which can be automated while others need human review. The goal is to streamline this pipeline, ensuring that approvals happen quickly, efficiently, and accurately. The product is already in place; we are looking to bring someone in enhance and create more efficiencies.

Core Skills:

Advanced technical expertise in Python, predictive analytics, and end-to-end solutioning.
Strong coding and programming skills.
Ability to design, build, and execute complex data science frameworks.
Cloud expertise (Google Cloud Platform preferred).

Leadership Responsibilities:

Mentor and provide technical guidance to 2–3 junior data scientists and data engineers.
Break down complex business problems into data solutions.
Build monitoring frameworks and recommend actionable insights.

Domain/Background:

Healthcare experience is optional.
Operations/logistics experience (e.g., supply chain, call centers, warehouse efficiency) considered very valuable.

Soft Skills:

Ability to both set vision and execute hands-on.
Quick learner with strong communication.
