Summary

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Learning Designer to support the design and delivery of high-impact onboarding and training programs for a large franchise-based organization. This role involves translating business and operational needs into engaging, scalable, and performance-focused learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to design end-to-end learning programs

Translate business goals into clear learning outcomes and learning journeys

Design adult-learning-focused instructional content (facilitator guides, participant materials, digital assets)
-
Apply instructional design and learning science best practices
-
Support LMS course setup, content upload, and learner navigation
-
Facilitate design reviews, manage feedback, and ensure timely delivery
-
Maintain documentation, timelines, and milestone-based deliverables
Required Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as a Learning / Instructional / Learning Experience Designer
-
Strong background in adult learning, curriculum design, and blended learning solutions
-
Experience working with LMS platforms
-
Excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
-
Bachelor's degree in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience designing onboarding or leadership development programs
-
Background in hospitality, retail, or operationally complex environments
-
Experience working with franchise or distributed models
Portfolio Required:
Candidates must submit a portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant learning design projects.
