Over 8 Years experience as Healthcare Business Analyst.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Insurance domain expertise in Commercial Payer or Life Insurance (MUST HAVE)
  • Exceptional notetaking and process documentation skills
  • Expert in creating process workflow diagrams, Swimlane diagrams, and MS Visio diagrams independently, without supervision
  • Proven ability to lead requirement gathering calls and meticulously document business and technical requirements for development teams

Good to Have / Preferred Skills

  • Health Plan or Insurance Underwriting knowledge
  • Experience working with WGS Claim System
  • Development or Testing background in insurance projects
