Mandatory Skills & Experience

Insurance domain expertise in Commercial Payer or Life Insurance (MUST HAVE)
Exceptional notetaking and process documentation skills
Expert in creating process workflow diagrams, Swimlane diagrams, and MS Visio diagrams independently, without supervision
Proven ability to lead requirement gathering calls and meticulously document business and technical requirements for development teams

Good to Have / Preferred Skills

Health Plan or Insurance Underwriting knowledge
Experience working with WGS Claim System
Development or Testing background in insurance projects

Good Communication Skills.
