Job Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Functional
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM SaaS Functional Consultant to lead and support the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure Fusion SCM modules, support integrations and testing, and provide post-go-live support. This role requires strong functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working with distributed teams in an agile delivery environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into Oracle Fusion SCM functional designs.
Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules (based on scope), including:
- Order Management (OM)
- Inventory Management (INV)
- Procurement (Purchasing, Supplier Management, Self-Service Procurement)
- Receiving
- Warehouse Management (as applicable)
- Manufacturing (as applicable)
- Product Information Management (PIM) (as applicable)
- Planning / Supply Planning (as applicable)
Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional documentation:
- Functional Design Documents (FDD)
- Setup/configuration workbooks
- Test scripts and traceability matrices
- Support and coordinate integrations and downstream/upstream systems:
- Work with technical teams on OIC, REST/SOAP services, FBDI, and other inbound/outbound interfaces.
- Lead and execute testing efforts:
- Unit testing, SIT, UAT support, defect triage, and resolution coordination
- Support data conversion and migration activities, including mapping and validation.
- Provide training, knowledge transfer, and end-user support materials.
- Assist with cutover planning and post-go-live hypercare support.
- Work effectively with offshore/onshore teams, ensuring clear alignment, progress tracking, and timely delivery.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant (SaaS/Cloud).
- Hands-on experience with at least two Oracle Fusion SCM modules (OM, INV, Procurement, Receiving, WMS, Manufacturing, PIM, Planning).
- Strong knowledge of SCM end-to-end business processes (Lead-to-Order, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Inventory/Warehouse execution).
- Experience with integration touchpoints and data loads using FBDI/ADFdi, and ability to partner with technical teams on APIs/OIC.
- Proven experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and producing high-quality functional documentation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
