Job#: 3019238 Job Description: The M365 Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 services and related infrastructure to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable collaboration across the enterprise. This includes ownership of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and all associated security and compliance capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Configure and maintain security, compliance, and identity management within the M365 environment.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide Tier 3 support for M365-related incidents.
- Implement governance, policies, and best practices to ensure secure collaboration and data protection.
- Assist with migrations, upgrades, and integrations between M365 and other enterprise systems.
