SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant

Job Summary

SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant with 6+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PM solutions for enterprise asset management. Specialized in preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and integration with SAP MM, PP, and FI modules to ensure efficient plant operations and regulatory compliance.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Configure SAP PM master data including Functional Locations, Equipment, BOMs, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, and Measurement Points.

• Design and implement preventive and corrective maintenance processes.

• Create and manage Maintenance Notifications and Maintenance Orders.

• Configure order types, notification types, priorities, status profiles, and control keys.

• Integrate SAP PM with MM for spare parts management and procurement.

• Integrate SAP PM with FI/CO for cost tracking and settlement.

• Support calibration and compliance-based maintenance processes.

• Participate in requirement gathering, functional design documentation, and solution walkthroughs.

• Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.

• Develop user training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

• Analyze plant maintenance KPIs and optimize asset performance.

• Support SAP S/4HANA PM transition or enhancements.

Education
