Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S4HANA FICO Solution Architect with strong expertise in Costing and Material Ledger. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, design, and delivery of integrated FICO solutions in a large, complex enterprise environment, with a strong preference for experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect end-to-end SAP S4HANA FICO solutions with focus on Costing and Material Ledger.
Lead Product Costing, Transfer Pricing, Material Ledger, and COPA implementations.
Provide solution architecture across SAP FI (New GL, Parallel Ledgers, AR, AP, Fixed Assets) and CO.
Map complex business requirements to optimal technical solutions.
Integrate FICO with MM, SD, PP, and QM modules.
Contribute to enterprise ITERP architecture and design guidelines.
Define architectural concepts, standards, and best practices.
Review and approve functional and technical design documents.
Incorporate architecture standards into the software development lifecycle.
Provide technical delivery oversight to meet business requirements.
Support SAP S4HANA implementations in large, complex environments.
Advise on supply chain processes (asset management, supplier visibility, goods movements).
Act as a strategic advisor, driving vision and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in FI, CO, and S4HANA.
Strong knowledge of Product Costing, Transfer Pricing, Material Ledger, and COPA.
Expertise in SAP FI: New GL, Parallel Ledgers, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and Project Systems.
Proven experience in SAP S4HANA implementations.
Strong experience in creating SAP solution architectures.
Experience defining architectural concepts, standards, and design guidelines.
Solid understanding of supply chain management processes and integrations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to work in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP solution architecture experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Experience contributing to enterprise ITERP initiatives.
