Job Description:
Role: Administrative Assistant/Office Assistant
Location: Irwindale, CA(Hybrid-2days)
The Administrative Aide is a mid-level administrative position. The candidate will be responsible for answering routine inquiries and preparing standard correspondence. Duties include operating email systems, spreadsheet programs, maintaining personal information system databases, and performing other semi-automated administrative support tasks such as scheduling and setting up meetings.
The candidate will also be responsible for ordering office supplies and setting up offices and computer equipment for new hires. This position requires the ability to work under general supervision.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 2 years of office or relevant administrative experience
- Ability to coordinate schedules for multiple departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related software
