JD Edwards E1(Enterprise One) Consultant: Implementation: REMOTE

One of the clients is setting up a team to complete end to end implementation of this software. Partial work can be onsite.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards Implementation Consultant to lead and support endtoend implementations, upgrades, and enhancements of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne platform.

The ideal candidate brings strong functional and/or technical expertise, handson project experience, and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Project Delivery

Lead full lifecycle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and postgolive support.

Analyze current business processes and map them to JDE best practices.

Configure JDE modules based on business requirements (e.g., Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HCM, Procurement, or others depending on your needs).

Develop functional specifications for customizations, integrations, reports, and interfaces.

Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.

Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.

Work closely with business users, SMEs, and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective JDE solutions

Required Qualifications

5 7+ years of handson experience implementing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

Strong functional knowledge in one or more JDE modules:

Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA)

Supply Chain (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management)

Manufacturing (Shop Floor, Planning, BOM)

HCM/Payroll

Or other relevant modules

Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and golive.

Ability to create functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.

Strong understanding of JDE integration points and data structures.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problemsolving skills.
