Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Delivery Lead / Principal Architect to provide architectural leadership, integration strategy, and delivery oversight for a multi-org Salesforce environment transitioning under the company. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration between two Salesforce instances, supporting post-transaction system alignment, and providing architectural coverage during the current architect’s maternity leave.
The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Pardot (Account Engagement), and Industry Clouds, along with strong experience managing end-to-end enterprise integrations.

Required Skills
- Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Asset Management and/or Financial Services Cloud, aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices
- Drive post-transaction integration between Salesforce orgs, including reconnection and disconnection of systems as part of migration activities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into high-performing Salesforce solutions
- Work closely with business, technology, and infrastructure teams to maintain data integrity and optimize performance across CRM, telephony, and analytics platforms
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency
- Configure and customize Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, automation, and reports
- Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, data security, and compliance with Financial Services Cloud standards
- Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet architectural guidelines and delivery standards
- Mentor and support development teams, providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce and integration-related issues, particularly within asset management and financial services processes
- Conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and create detailed technical documentation to ensure smooth handover and continuity
