Primary Responsibilities:
Asset-Level Data Synthesis & Aggregation
Pole-Level Intelligence Development:
• Aggregate findings from multiple images per pole (typically 10+ images per asset) into comprehensive pole summaries
• Synthesize equipment detection results providing complete pole-mounted equipment inventory per asset
• Roll up individual image condition findings into asset-level condition assessments with severity scoring
• Combine AI model outputs with manual annotations for comprehensive pole condition profiles
Equipment Inventory Analysis:
• Process equipment detection and condition assessment model results across 27 equipment categories
• Create comprehensive pole equipment profiles with operational intelligence
• Track equipment attributes available in COCO annotation files (equipment type and count)
• Integrate AI model outputs, manual NextVision annotations, and GIS data for validation
Condition Assessment Rollup:
• Aggregate condition findings from individual images into pole-level summaries
• Implement severity mapping and priority scoring for strategic decision support
• Auto-flag missed detections requiring manual review before logging updates to Atlas
• Support validation workflows for quality assurance and model performance tracking
Historical Trend Analysis & Performance Metrics
Temporal Analytics:
• Track asset condition changes over time across multiple drone missions and inspection cycles
• Support predictive maintenance planning with historical trend analysis
• Enable cross-mission comparison for comprehensive operational insights
Model Performance Tracking:
• Calculate model accuracy and efficiency metrics at asset level for continuous improvement
• Support vendor model evaluation and in-house model validation
• Track detection rates, false positives, and missed equipment across pole summaries
NextVision Platform Integration
Phase 1 Implementation Support:
• Provide pole summary data as a plug-in to Digital Atlas supporting NextVision UI pole-level information display
• Provide services to enable equipment detection integration for object/equipment toggle functionality
• Deliver synthesized equipment detection results per pole for integration to NaVee NEE.GIS
Digital Atlas API Integration:
• Establish API connection to retrieve individual image metadata and findings, equipment detections, and condition assessments from Digital Atlas to FPLAir Datahub and NEE.GIS
• Process metadata and annotation data for comprehensive pole-level aggregation
• Support plugin architecture for enhanced NextVision filtering and visualization capabilities

Enterprise GIS Integration & Data Visualization for Pole Inspection Program
Position Overview
The NJUNS Developer will focus on enterprise GIS integration, data publishing, and map visualization for the Pole Inspection Program. On-board FPLAir data to NaVee from NEE.GIS in support of the master pole data application and search efforts.
Primary Responsibilities
Enterprise GIS Publishing & Integration
NJUNS Database Views:
• • Design and publish database views optimized for ArcGIS Enterprise
• • Create standardized data structures for feature services
• • Develop spatial queries for real-time operational access
• • Establish automated refresh schedules
ArcGIS Enterprise Feature Services:
• • Publish NJUNS ticket data as feature services
• • Configure metadata, symbology, and permissions
• • Optimize performance for large-scale visualization
Enterprise GIS Layer Management:
• • Coordinate with NEE GIS team for standards compliance
• • Integrate NJUNS layers with Power Delivery GIS infrastructure
• • Enable spatial filtering and advanced queries
FME Automation:
• • Ensure all datahub pipelines get automated with FME for data collection and publishing to EGIS database
Comprehensive Map Visualization
Master Pole Data Mapping:
• • Create map views of all NJUNS ticket data with geospatial context
• • Develop interactive interfaces for inspection prioritization
• • Integrate pole attributes, equipment inventory, and condition assessments
• • Enable filtering by circuit, region, ticket type, and priority
Map Interface Development:
• • Build user-friendly interfaces for business stakeholders and field teams
• • Develop filtering and symbology standards
• • Support mobile-responsive views
NJUNS API Integration & Data Flows
API Connectivity:
• • Establish programmatic NJUNS database connectivity to push updates to NJUNS
• • Develop endpoints for ticket creation, updates, and tracking
