Database Developer

Introduction:

We are currently seeking a Database Developer to join our team at Fidelity Investments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development, as well as strong skills in Informatica development. This role will be responsible for database design, development, and maintenance to support our various projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain database solutions using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity
• Implement data migration and integration processes
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure quality and accuracy of data

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle SQL and PL/SQL developer
• Experience in Informatica development
• Strong QA skills and experience with acceptance test-driven development

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of AWS services and cloud databases
• Experience with data modeling and database design
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
