Job Details- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience supporting production equipment and shop-floor manufacturing environments
- Strong background in process development, tooling, and industrialization
- Experience with PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation
- Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Experience supporting or leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams
