Job Title:Master Automotive Technician / Mechanic
Location: 3945 Doc Sams Rd., Cumming, GA 30028
Job Overview:We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our customers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our customers
- Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
- Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns
- Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
Qualifications
Qualifications: - Strong diagnosing ability of both mechanical and electrical complaints and and skills to repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
- 8+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
Physical Requirements:- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
