Summary
We have partnered with our client in their search for a Paid Media Designer.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-performing paid media creative assets, including static, animated, and video ads, emails, and occasional landing pages.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align creative with campaign objectives.
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and present deliverables.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple industries and platforms.
- Optimize creative based on performance data and feedback.
Skills Required
- Proven experience in paid media design across social platforms and Google Ads (PMAX).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or similar tools).
- Video editing and light motion design capabilities.
- Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work flexibly with varying weekly hours.
Education & Work Experience
- Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in digital design for paid media campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven creative work.
