Paid Media Designer

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Paid Media Designer.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-performing paid media creative assets, including static, animated, and video ads, emails, and occasional landing pages.


• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align creative with campaign objectives.


• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and present deliverables.


• Maintain brand consistency across multiple industries and platforms.


• Optimize creative based on performance data and feedback.

Skills Required

• Proven experience in paid media design across social platforms and Google Ads (PMAX).


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or similar tools).


• Video editing and light motion design capabilities.


• Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions.


• Ability to work flexibly with varying weekly hours.

Education & Work Experience

• Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (preferred).


• 3+ years of experience in digital design for paid media campaigns.


• Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven creative work.
