Key Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle Fusion ERP application design, configuration, testing, and implementation for one or more specialized areas: SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and/or Payroll.
Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
Collaborate with functional departments and IT to align ERP systems with organizational objectives.
Identify and implement process improvements for ERP and related applications.
Analyze and document current and future workflows, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
Participate in planning, development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of business application systems.
Contribute to system design, workflow documentation, data collection, database building, testing, and troubleshooting.
Ensure deliverables meet project scope and departmental standards.
Train and mentor junior analysts and assist business partners in leveraging ERP tools for efficiency.
Maintain and develop expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP and related technologies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to deliver solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
