Pay Range: $67 - $ 72/hour . Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor junior developers
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Design and develop complex applications
• Hands-on coding using Java, Spring Boot, Informatica, PL/SQL, and shell scripting
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality
• Create technical documentation and sequence diagrams

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; PLSQL
• Java
• Spring Boot
•  Informatica
• Angular
• 10+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years in a technical lead role
• Strong experience with Java, Spring, JUnit, MyBatis, and databases (Oracle or similar)
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and design patterns
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus
