Role Summary
Seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise implementations across ITSM, ITOM (CMDB, Service Mapping, CSDM), and ITAM (HAM/SAM). The role involves architecture, integrations, platform governance, and technical leadership to deliver scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions.
Must-Have Skills
ServiceNow ITSM
ITOM – CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM
ITAM – HAM and/or SAM
ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
Key Responsibilities
Architect and lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
Design scalable solutions aligned with CSDM and CMDB best practices
Lead integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, OAuth2
Oversee customizations, workflows, App Engine solutions, and reporting
Provide technical leadership, governance, and upgrade support
Optimize platform performance, security, and automation
Required Qualifications
10+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
3+ years in a Lead / Architect role
Strong ITIL process knowledge (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB)
Experience with ITOM Discovery, Event Management, and Orchestration
Preferred
ServiceNow CSA / CAD / CTA
Experience with cloud integrations (AWS, Azure)
DevOps / CI-CD exposure
Modules: ITBM/SPM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC
