Role: Sr. QA Testing Analyst

Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid)

Duration: Long term

Job Description

Skills:

15+ years of testing experience, setting requirements, test protocols and analyzing results; has participated in projects of similar scope and complexity.

2+ years leading testing efforts.

Prior experience and expertise with Testing Center of Excellence strategy and transformation. Expertise in testing Web, SOA/WS, DW/ETL, JAVA backend applications.

Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall software development models.

Expertise in testing methodologies and process.

Direct experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation suites using ACCELQ. Ability to lead automation initiatives using ACCELQ across enterprise applications.

Familiarity with codeless, AI‑driven testing workflows (native to ACCELQ.)

Expertise in project management tools; HP ALM, Rally, JIRA. Strong SQL skills in Oracle.

Strong Unix and Windows skills.

Experience in applying test automation.

Experience in applying ATDD/BDD, Gherkin.
