Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

This role bridges the gap between traditional software development and cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence.

1. AI & Conversational Engineering

• Multi-Platform Development: Build and maintain AI applications using Microsoft Bot Framework/Copilot Studio and Google CCAI Services.
• Generative AI & LLMs: Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tune models, and perform expert Prompt Engineering.
• Cloud Ecosystems: Develop Gen AI solutions utilizing AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI.
• NLP Tuning: Design conversational flows and tune NLP techniques to ensure chatbot responses are natural, intuitive, and accurate.

2. Microsoft 365 & Modernization

• SharePoint Transformation: Support existing SharePoint 2016 On-Prem applications and lead their modernization to M365.
• Low-Code Automation: Automate complex workflows using Power Automate and integrate AI-driven logic into the Power Platform.
• Enterprise Integration: Connect AI agents to enterprise data sources via Microsoft Graph API, Teams, and Outlook.

3. Architecture & Governance

• Technical Leadership: Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies and present chatbot proposals to stakeholders.
• Standards & Compliance: Collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure all solutions align with target architectures and data privacy laws.
• Performance Monitoring: Create custom Looker or Power BI dashboards to analyze interaction patterns and performance metrics.
