We are seeking an experienced BI Developer to design and support data warehouse solutions, reporting tools, and analytics for agency programs. The ideal candidate can work independently, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, and has experience in Child Welfare or Juvenile Services.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain BI solutions including ETL processes, data marts, dashboards, and reports.
- Work with users, analysts, and developers to clarify requirements and design effective reporting solutions.
- Translate logical data models into optimized physical designs and ensure data accuracy and reconciliation.
- Present project updates to stakeholders and participate in review boards and workgroups.
- Assist with database model design and documentation updates.
- Provide end-user training and support as needed.
Required Skills- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of Data Warehouse/BI development (ETL, data marts, reporting).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
