Business Analyst with Utility Domain Experience

Introduction:

As a Business Analyst with Utility Domain Experience, you will play a crucial role in our team by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing solutions to improve our operations within the utility industry. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements related to Asset Work Management and Electric Generation Interconnection (EGI) in the utilities sector.
• Utilize SAP Work and Asset Management systems to focus on Electric Distribution, Transmission, and Substation operations.
• Assist in Power Generation asset management, including hydroelectric and other forms of power generation.
• Implement SAP Module for Field Service Management to streamline field operations and improve efficiency.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are user-friendly.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to capture and communicate project requirements effectively.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Asset Management within the utility industry.
• Familiarity with Field Service Management systems, preferably SAP Module.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in Power Generation asset management.
• Knowledge of SAP systems and their application in utility operations.
