Description
New York State of Health (NYSOH) is New York's official health plan marketplace established by Executive Order No. 42. The temporary personnel services requested are needed to support the on-going design and development of information technology systems consistent with enrollment goals and federal and state law and rules. The Systems Architect will work closely with NYSoH program staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to define requirements for the NYSoH.
Duties
- Design and develop multi-platform integration between Java and PHP apps using restful services.
- Provide guidance and support in implementing secure Software development life cycle
- Research, design and implement best practices for integrating multiple applications into a platform as a service model.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience (15+ Years)
- Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.
Requirements
- This is an 100% Onsite.
- 84 months of experience working in an enterprise application environment with expertise in PHP development, Restful APIs, front end technologies, JavaScript, jQuery, bootstrap, css.
- 84 months of experience in cloud CDN tools, AWS Cloudfront, Application load balancers.
- 84 months of experience working with Drupal content management system including custom themes and modules.
- 60 months of experience working with authentication techniques, Single Sign On, multi-factor Authentication for content management systems.
- 36 months of experience working with container-based technologies and container orchestration.
- 84 months of experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
