Program / Project Manager - Dallas-Remote
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager to lead the delivery of Agentic AI and enterprise technology initiatives. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end program execution, translating business needs into scalable AI solutions, and ensuring disciplined project delivery across .NET, Python, Azure, and modern AI orchestration frameworks.
The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on delivery management experience, along with a solid understanding of LLM-based agent architectures and cloud-native application development.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI programs, from discovery and planning through deployment and scaling.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and sequence AI-driven use cases.
- Translate strategic objectives into program roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish and maintain program governance, execution standards, and risk management frameworks.
- Oversee multiple interconnected workstreams involving LLM-based agents and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.
- Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with enterprise digital transformation and automation strategies.
Project Management & Execution
- Plan and manage technology projects supporting the broader AI program.
- Define and manage project scope, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and delivery commitments.
- Drive Agile delivery execution, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track delivery progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure smooth releases and deployments.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Act as a primary point of contact for business sponsors, product owners, architects, and engineering leaders.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, prioritization sessions, and alignment discussions.
- Communicate program and project status through clear dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
- Manage expectations, scope changes, and delivery trade-offs across stakeholders.
- Enable effective collaboration across onsite and offshore teams.
Quality, Governance & Technical Awareness
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, security standards, and enterprise governance requirements.
- Partner with technical leads to assess architecture, scalability, performance, and AI feasibility.
- Support accurate effort estimation, delivery planning, and risk assessment for AI initiatives.
- Stay current with evolving trends in Agentic AI, cloud platforms, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in program and/or project management for technology initiatives.
- Experience delivering AI, cloud-native, and enterprise application solutions.
- Working knowledge of Python, .NET (C#, .NET Core, Web APIs), and Azure.
- Familiarity with LLM-based agent architectures and AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
- Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience working in distributed and offshore delivery models.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, or Azure Cloud certifications.
- Prior experience as a developer, technical lead, or solution architect.
- Exposure to AI governance, model lifecycle management, or responsible AI practices.
- Background in technology consulting or client-facing roles.
