Must-Have Skills:

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, Now Assist, and GenAI/Agentic AI use cases.
Hands-on experience designing, architecting, and implementing ServiceNow Now Assist, including out-of-the-box configurations and customizations.
Clear understanding of applying ServiceNow AI features across modules such as ITSM and HRSD.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience enabling AI-driven automation and recommendations across multiple ServiceNow workflows
Exposure to advanced AI adoption strategies within enterprise ServiceNow implementations
