Design and build cutting-edge machine vision and automated control systems that power the production of life-saving medical devices. You will collaborate on every stage of development-from initial concept and prototyping to software coding and troubleshooting-to create the sophisticated equipment used in advanced manufacturing and testing. These systems will use artificial intelligence (AI) to make decisions and intelligent automation (IA) to aid humans in decision-making.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:

Your responsibilities will include:
Design vision systems, including specifying cameras, lighting, and lensing requirements.
Participate on project teams to develop clear specifications, evaluate feasibility of concepts, and provide formal estimates for vision system designs.
Integrate machine vision systems into PC- or PLC-based systems.
Apply industry standards in artificial intelligence and deep machine learning to solve complex vision inspections.
Collect and analyze inspection results to validate the robustness of vision system changes.
Complete project deliverables and monitor project schedule and scope to ensure timely delivery.
Explain factual information of limited complexity to others in straightforward situations.
Organize, present, and explain data and information to internal and external audiences.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year's experience in a related job category.
Bachelor's degree.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
No sponsorship available.

Preferred qualifications:
Proven ability to influence without authority.
Prior Boston Scientific experience.
Certified Vision Professional - Basic.
Fluent in programming languages, packages, and concepts, including:
