Gen AI/ML Engineer -Onsite

Key Responsibilities :-

• Design and develop Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions for real-world applications.
• Build, fine-tune, and optimize LLM-based models using prompt engineering and parameter-efficient techniques.
• Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines .
• Work with Vector Databases for embeddings and semantic search.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation .
• Deploy ML and GenAI models via APIs and backend services .
• Monitor and improve model performance in production environments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews.

Required Skills :-

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field .
• +10 Years hands on experience in IT Industry as Engineer/ Developer .
• 3-4 years of experience in Machine Learning or AI development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, Tensor Flow).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs (Llama2, ChatGPT, Hugging Face models) .
• Experience working with Vector Databases and embeddings .
• Good understanding of NLP, ML algorithms, and transformer architectures .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
