AVP / Engagement Manager AI & Analytics Lead

We are looking for a senior Engagement Manager / Assistant Vice President to lead high-impact AI and Analytics engagements for enterprise clients. This is a client-facing leadership role focused on driving analytics-led transformation, managing complex delivery programs, and growing long-term client relationships. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, AI, and client leadership, working closely with senior stakeholders while leading large, multi-disciplinary delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client partner, owning end-to-end engagement delivery and client satisfaction

• Lead analytics and AI initiatives from problem definition through execution and value realization

• Translate complex business problems into structured analytics and AI-driven solutions

• Manage large delivery teams across data engineering, analytics, and data management

• Partner with C-level and senior client stakeholders on strategy, outcomes, and roadmap

• Ensure strong delivery governance, timelines, and quality across all engagements

• Drive account growth through expansion opportunities and trusted-advisor relationships

• Provide thought leadership in analytics, AI/ML, and emerging GenAI solutions

• Collaborate with internal leadership to align delivery with broader business objectives

• 8+ years of experience across analytics delivery, consulting, and client management

• Strong hands-on understanding of data engineering, data management, and analytics platforms

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-team analytics or AI programs

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and exposure to Generative AI use cases

• Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in matrixed, global delivery environments

• Ability to balance strategy, delivery, and commercial responsibility

• Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field

• Strong Bachelor's candidates from top-tier institutions are also welcome
