Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (1-3 years)
Excellent knowledge of information technology solution tools for a variety of applications (1-3 years)
Excellent knowledge of agile software development process and methodologies. (1-3 years)
Experience with project management software (Asana, MS Project, Visio, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)

Duration of the Contract: 6/30/2026 with potential for extension
Onsite or Remote: Candidates must be CURRENT Wisconsin residents. No relocation is allowed. The selected hire will be expected to be onsite 80% for the first six months, and then 60% after six months.
Project details: The project manager will work with a team consisting of a programmer and business process analyst to guide development of an updated interface for a public-facing court system workflow. Responsibilities will include working with court system partners and the National Center for State Courts to bring a grant-funded project from the business requirements gathering phase to implementation. Ideal candidate will be available to manage additional court system IT projects as needed. Skills needed include strong attention to detail; ability to collaborate successfully with a variety of stakeholders, including those with divergent perspectives; ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines; and the ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations and environments.
