Summary

The Adobe Program Manager is responsible for liasing with the client stakeholders and Infosys project teams for planning and implementing marketing technology programs that leverage Adobe Experience Cloud and related MarTech solutions. This role ensures seamless coordination between client and Infosys projects teams to ensure quality deliverables as per project schedule, operational excellence, and supports digital transformation initiatives across marketing and customer experience functions.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

Manage end-to-end MarTech programs, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and marketing automation tools.
Develop program roadmaps, timelines, and governance frameworks.
Ensure alignment of MarTech initiatives with business objectives and marketing strategies.

Technology & Integration

Oversee implementation and integration of Adobe MarTech solutions (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Audience Manager, Analytics).
Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure technical feasibility and data integrity.
Drive adoption of new technologies and optimize existing platforms.

Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Operational Excellence

Implement Agile methodologies for program delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively.
Maintain documentation, compliance standards, and best practices.

Innovation & Optimization

Stay updated on MarTech trends, emerging technologies, and Adobe product enhancements.
Recommend innovative solutions to improve marketing efficiency and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 10 15 years in program/project management, with 3 5 years in Adobe Martech space.
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Adobe MarTech stack (Campaign, Analytics, Target, AEP).
Methodologies: Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Technology, or related field; PMP or Agile certifications preferred.

Preferred Skills

Ability to bridge marketing and technology teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in global marketing operations and digital transformation.
