Job Description:
Prompt Engineering & Templating:
The ability to write, test, and refine natural language instructions (Prompts) that ground the AI in specific business contexts while avoiding "hallucinations" or irrelevant responses.
Conversational Design & Reasoning:
Skill in designing "Atomic Actions" and determining the logical flow of how an Agent should handle multi-turn conversations, including when to escalate to a human.
Data Grounding & Retrieval Mastery:
Expertise in identifying and mapping the specific Salesforce records, Knowledge articles, and Data Cloud streams that the Agent needs to access to provide accurate, real-time answers.
Flow & Action Orchestration:
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow and Apex Actions. You must be able to build the underlying "skills" (autolaunched flows) that the Agent triggers to actually do work, such as updating records or sending emails.
AI Trust & Guardrail Configuration:
Understanding how to configure the Einstein Trust Layer to mask PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and set safety parameters, ensuring the Agent operates within legal and ethical boundaries.
