Job Role: Technical Account Lead - Data & AI
Location: New Jersey or Stamford, Connecticut, or Hartford
Job Description
Our Data & AI practitioners wake up every day to bring together the potential of data and the power of AI to help clients create business value, across industries for some of the biggest organisations in the world.
We are on the lookout for a Technical Account Lead for our platinum account.
Our ideal candidate should be passionate about Data & AI, possess deep technical knowledge and a focus on delivering measurable business impact. This role offers leadership opportunities and exposure to clients in North America, the UK, and Europe.
You must possess.
- 15 - 18 years in Data & AI services as an Account Lead
- Strong client engagement skills to drive business outcomes & incremental account revenue.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Deep expertise in Azure, Fabric & Databricks as well as other niche Data & AI technologies
- Design & Implement Enterprise Data Architecture: Architect and implement scalable, reliable end-to-end data solutions using Azure/Microsoft Fabric services, covering data lakes, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Data Governance & Security: Establish strong DG frameworks, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (using multiple tools).
- Proven leadership in Data Strategy, Modernisation, BI, Analytics & AI
- Proven experience in data & AI projects for insurance & financial services clients
- Ability to lead distributed teams in complex matrix organisations
- Proactive in managing Data & AI delivery challenges
- Ability to work with delivery, pre-sales, and sales teams throughout deal pursuits
Good to have.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Decision Sciences
- Strong business networking and stakeholder management skills
- Experience running Data Managed Services projects, supporting both legacy and cloud technologies.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends
- Experience developing solutions, automation accelerators, and mentoring Data & AI talent
- Familiarity with the North American & European business landscape
- Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time
