As a critical leader within our Technology organization, the QA Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of exceptional products and services to our customers. This role demands a passion for quality, a deep understanding of solution delivery lifecycles, and experience in establishing robust QA processes for software, data, and AI models, all within a DevOps environment. The Solutions Manager will lead and inspire multiple IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence while developing comprehensive departmental strategies and optimizing resource allocation. They will deliver transformative products and services that consistently exceed customer expectations, establishing and championing industry-leading QA frameworks to ensure exceptional quality and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
Define and implement the overall QA strategy, encompassing software, data, and AI,
aligning with company goals and industry best practices.
Champion a culture of quality across the organization, fostering collaboration and a
proactive approach to quality assurance within a DevOps framework.
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for software applications,
covering functional, regression, performance, security, and usability testing, integrated
within our CI/CD pipelines.
Introduce and manage appropriate testing tools and automation frameworks to enhance
efficiency and coverage, ensuring seamless integration with our DevOps processes.
Establish and enforce data quality standards across all data sources, pipelines, and
storage systems, incorporating data quality checks into our DevOps pipelines.
Design and implement data quality checks, validation processes, and data governance
procedures, ensuring alignment with our DevOps practices.
Monitor data quality metrics, identify anomalies, and lead root cause analysis and
resolution efforts, collaborating closely with DevOps teams to address any infrastructure-
related issues.
Define and implement testing strategies for AI models, encompassing accuracy, bias
detection, explainability, fairness, and robustness, integrating these tests into our model
deployment pipelines.
Establish metrics and benchmarks for evaluating AI model performance and ensure
compliance with ethical AI principles, working closely with data science and DevOps
teams to ensure responsible AI development and deployment.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of QA professionals, providing
guidance, training, and development opportunities, fostering a DevOps mindset within
the team.
Collaborate closely with product management, software development, data science, and
operations teams to ensure seamless integration of quality throughout the product
lifecycle, promoting a culture of shared responsibility for quality within the DevOps
framework.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software
quality, data quality, and AI model testing, particularly in the context of DevOps and
continuous delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes, methodologies, and
tools, leveraging automation and DevOps principles to optimize efficiency and
effectiveness.
Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office
environment.
Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information
Systems (MIS) or equivalent in relevant field of study
- Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years of software, IT quality
assurance space experience OR 4 years of software, IT quality assurance space
experience if no post-secondary education
- 5 years of experience in the IT quality assurance space
- 2 years of supervisory or other leadership experience
- Ability to travel domestic or abroad up to about 10%
- Military Equivalency at ;/p>
- Applicants must be able to work on-site position in Holland, MI
- Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this
position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience or familiarity with Unified Functional Test (UFT), Selenium, or similar
tool
- Prior experience or familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar software
- International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certification
- Passion for testing IT solutions
- Experience driving quality deliverables
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing industry
