Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with strong financial domain experience to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions across banking, trading, and insurance environments. This role blends hands-on AI engineering, generative and agentic AI development, and technical leadership in a highly regulated financial setting.

You will work closely with engineering leadership, compliance, risk, and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are scalable, explainable, secure, and compliant while delivering measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

AI Engineering & Architecture

Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions for financial use cases such as:
- Market forecasting
- Risk & compliance automation
- Anti-money laundering (AML)
- Customer insights and underwriting
Develop and manage Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures, including LLM-based workflows, AI agents, and code-generation systems.
Implement robust prompt engineering, evaluation, monitoring, and validation frameworks for AI-generated outputs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience within finance, fintech, or other regulated environments.
Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience designing and deploying Generative AI, LLM-based systems, and agentic workflows.
Proven experience working with financial data, compliance constraints, and regulatory standards.
Strong background in code reviews, testing frameworks, documentation, and AI model validation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
