Job Responsibilities:- Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology.
- Custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended.
- Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand.
- Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity.
- Maintains the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team's progress.
Job Requirements:- 2+ years within Oracle packaged software delivery
- 5+ years of Agile delivery serving as Scrum Master
- BA or BS
- Scrum Master Certification
- Knowledge using and effective implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Desired:
- SAFe and other agile certifications

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $105,000-$203,200 USD
