Summary

Job Title: PowerCurve Strategy Developer

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Wilmington, Delaware (Hybrid – minimum 2 days/week onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PowerCurve Strategy Developer to design, develop, and optimize decisioning strategies using PowerCurve platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with PowerCurve Design Studio, API testing, and performance analysis, and will collaborate closely with development and QA teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance decisioning strategies using PowerCurve.
Execute functional and performance testing using PowerCurve Design Studio.
Identify, document, and track defects and performance issues.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to analyze and resolve defects.
Validate APIs to ensure they meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and methodologies.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on API and strategy design.

Required Skills & Experience

7–8 years of overall experience in software development or decisioning platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with PowerCurve Strategy Development.
Expertise in PowerCurve Design Studio.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
Familiarity with Swagger for API documentation.
Experience with JIRA / XRAY for defect tracking and test management.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
