Quality Assurance Lead (Multiple Openings):

DUTIES: With a high level of independent decision-making authority, will be responsible for the
following: Build custom Objects, Fields, Dependent picklist values, and validation rules, Page
Layouts, search Layouts and Tabs and create workflow rules, approval process and defined actions
like Tasks, Email alerts, outbound message and Field updates for nCino Loan origination
application. Build and test APIs using SOAP UI for the REST services using all the web methods
by validating the response and response time. Automate the test scenarios to scripts using Katalon
Studio. Creation of test scripts and involved in the end-to-end testing of the application to avoid the
System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) defects. Contribute to the
entire Software Development Life Cycle by proactively capturing business requirements and
translated them into data model and Technical Specification Document (TSD), based on Data model
created relationships among objects using Lookup, Master-detail and Junction Object relationships.
Responsible in Architecture, Design, Code Review, Configuration, Requirement gathering and
analysis for loan origination and underwriting products to provide input on functional requirements,
product designs, schedules and Database designs to onsite and offshore leads. Build rich UI using
custom Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) in Visualforce pages and used Java Script, jQuery for client
side validations for Salesforce CRM web application. Responsible in design and implementation of
various data migration batch jobs and to import, export, update, delete, or upsert data in Salesforce
objects using Data Loader Tool. Responsible in migration of the source control from IBM Clear
case into GitHub and setup pipeline dependencies and automated scheduling on Jenkins.
Responsible for leading product configuration and testing activities for Commercial Credit
Authorization System and Small Business Lending programs. Responsible in the transition from
Waterfall Model to Agile process and delivered the working software in each sprint by monitoring
the execution of projects to meet quality standards and work with product owners in managing the
deadlines and allocating the workload to resources.
Requirements: Requires Bachelor s Degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science,
Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Science & Engineering,
Information Technology, or related field.Requires 5 years of experience in job offered or as a
Software Quality Assurance Analyst and Tester, Test Engineer, Software Engineer, or a related
field. Required experience must include experience in SOAP UI, Katalon Studio, Jenkins, Advance
Query Tool (AQT), DB2, Java, GitHub. Requires relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout
the United States.
