Position Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Solution Architect with extensive Oracle EBS R12 expertise to lead project initiatives in Austin, TX. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical execution and business processes, specifically within Sales & Distribution and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to the local delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

* Solution Design: Lead the architectural design for Oracle EBS R12 environments focusing on Sales & Distribution (SD).
* Process Optimization: Oversee and improve Plant-to-Manufacture processes and workflows.
* Cross-Functional Integration: Support Finance module integrations and ensure alignment with supply chain modules.
* Leadership: Guide and mentor the technical and functional teams to ensure best practices are followed.

Required Qualifications

• Core Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.
  * Functional Knowledge: Strong mastery of Sales & Distribution (SD) and Plant-to-Manufacture cycles.
  * Financial Insight: Practical experience working with Oracle Finance modules.
  * Soft Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and provide architectural oversight.
