Job Description We are seeking an experienced
Quality Assurance Specialist with strong capabilities in Adobe platform testing, decisioning workflows, and enterprise release validation. The ideal candidate will support in-program QA cycles, execute test scripts, validate decision logic, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deployments across Adobe Experience Cloud components.
Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Assurance & Program Testing - Perform comprehensive in-program QA testing across Adobe-driven customer engagement journeys.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration test scenarios.
- Validate decision logic and orchestration flows within Adobe Journey Orchestration Decisioning (JOD).
- Identify, document, and track defects through standard QA processes.
- Ensure test deliverables meet enterprise standards and release timelines.
2. Enterprise Release Support - Partner with stakeholder QA, engineering, product, and release teams to provide:
- Test data
- Test scenarios
- Technical inputs for enterprise release cycles
- Support pre-release and post-release validation activities.
- Ensure high-quality, error-free deployments into production environments.
3. Adobe Platform Expertise - Work closely with teams using Adobe Decision Engine and Adobe Journey Orchestration Decisioning.
- Validate personalization logic, rule sets, journey triggers, and output events.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and identify logic gaps impacting end-to-end experiences.
4. Technical Skills & Testing Tools - Utilize standard QA tools and methodologies including:
- Functional testing
- Regression testing
- Requirements traceability
- Defect lifecycle management
- Work with modern web and data formats, including:
- Interpret and validate API responses, rulesets, and customer journey outputs.
Required Skills & Experience - Solid experience in enterprise-level Quality Assurance roles.
- Hands-on familiarity with:
- Adobe Decision Engine
- Adobe Journey Orchestration Decisioning (JOD)
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, XML, and HTML.
- Strong understanding of testing frameworks, QA lifecycle, and defect management.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience testing customer journeys or decisioning workflows.
- Background in digital marketing technology or Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
